Roundtrip transportation is provided via one of our spacious motorcoaches, equipped with restrooms, climate controlled air conditioning, panoramic viewing windows, DVD’s, VCR’s, and PA system.
Your highly rated accommodations are chosen on the basis of location, cleanliness and dining facilities, as well as the warm hospitality of their management and staff. We think you’ll be delighted with our selections. Room assignments are always made by the motel/hotel in an impartial manner.
All sightseeing tours, guides and admissions are covered in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary.
Baggage service on all overnight trips is provided. Baggage is limited to one suitcase per person. You may bring a small flexible “carry on” which would be your responsibility. Don’t over pack. It is always wise to travel light.
Each trip is fully escorted by a Tour Director whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details as well as offering complete attention to the comfort and pleasure of each passenger.
Meals are covered only where stated in the itinerary.
The Tour Does Not Include
PERSONAL EXPENSES Valet and room service, telephone calls and all other items of a personal nature. Any additional expenses incurred due to flight cancellation or delay, technical faults, weather conditions, political closures, local events, traffic conditions, etc.
Other Important Information
Because of the limited number of people who can be accommodated on our motor coaches and hotel reservations, it is important that reservations be made at the earliest possible date. Reservations are handled on a first-come basis.
DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS: The deposit amount is mentioned under each tour. Final payments are due 30 days prior to tour departure. Please mark your calendar when final payment is due, as we do not send final bills. Also please include a reservation form telling which trip your payment should be applied to.

For your convenience we accept Visa Master Card, and Discover.
Please notify us promptly if you must cancel your trip so that we may have an opportunity to fill the space with someone else. Cancellation by a Tour Participant for ANY REASON whatsoever before departure time will result in a TOTAL REFUND from Sunshine Tours, Inc. to Tour Participant. The full amount paid will be REFUNDED. Sunshine Tours reserves the right to cancel this or any Tour because of weather or any other reason beyond Sunshine Tours’ control.
Exceptions: Flight reservations are make months in advance of trip departure and cancellations ensue significant monetary penalties, therefore, it is necessary for Sunshine Tours to institute the following policy: “Tickets are purchased thirty days prior to departure and become the property of the passenger. They are valid for one year and are not refundable by Sunshine Tours.”
Sunshine Tours reserves the right to cancel any tours for conditions beyond our control, including insufficient participation.
Sunshine Tours reserves the right to change any Hotel or Motel accommodations for any tours as deemed necessary.
Sunshine Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary or arrangements deemed necessary or advisable, without penalty to operator. Time restraints or mechanical failure of equipment beyond our control shall be deemed conditions for change.
Sunshine Tours shall be under no liability because of cancellation of any event in the event that such game, sporting event, show or other such event is cancelled because of weather or any other condition beyond Sunshine Tours’ control.
Due to state and federal laws, smoking and the use of tobacco products and alcohol on the motor coach are not permitted. However, frequent rest breaks are made and should accommodate everyone. Due to state and federal laws, firearms are not permitted on the motor coach.
Seats are not pre-assigned, but are rotated on tours more than five days by the Tour Director’s instruction. This assures equal opportunity for each tour member to view scenery from different areas of the coach during the course of the tour.

As a courtesy to your fellow passengers, please mute or set your phone to vibrate and limit conversations to breaks and stops whenever possible.
STATED, ELECTRONICALLY DISTRIBUTED OR PRINTED MATERIALS:
Sunshine Tours reserves the right to make any corrections deemed necessary to any stated, electronically distributed or printed materials, to successfully carry out scheduled tours. The materials will include catalog, internet, itinerary or any other material distributed on behalf of Sunshine Tours. Sunshine reserves the right to cancel tours for conditions beyond our control, including insufficient participation.
All passengers are insured while on the motor coach only. Sunshine Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles or luggage.
We will accept non-motorized wheel chairs. However, because of space limitations on the bus, we cannot accept motorized chairs. Passengers with physical limitations who must be lifted or otherwise physically manipulated should plan to bring an attendant with them to assist in such activity. Sunshine Tours employees are not trained to assist persons with mobility impairments and cannot assume such liability.
PASSPORT & PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP INFORMATION ABOUT TRAVELING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: PHOTO ID (such as a driver’s license) is a necessity on any trip. A Government issued Photo ID is required when you check in at the airport for all flights, both Foreign and Domestic. (For Example: Hawaii). PASSPORTS are the type of travel identification recommended to US citizens by the US Department of State. A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE USA. Please be aware if you have been convicted of a criminal act, you may not be allowed into Canada. When planning international travel, be sure your passport will be valid for at least six months after the return date of the Tour. Foreign visitors to the United States must also have a Canadian Visa. Everyone planning to travel outside the USA is advised to start early in applying for a Passport as sometimes it can take quite a while. You may obtain the proper forms through the Clerk of Court, The Post Office or online at: http://www.travel.state.gov/
Sunshine Tours, Inc. acts as agent only for vendors in making arrangements for all services and non-transportation services (including but not limited to hotels/motels, restaurants, sightseeing and amusements) sold or arranged by it; and as selling agent assumes no responsibility and shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss (including but not limited to loss or damage to baggage or property), damage, strikes, political unrests, riots and acts of God and war, inconvenience, delays or any additional costs due to any cause whatsoever. Sunshine Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept or remove any person as a member of a tour whether before or after commencement of the tour, and also reserves the right without notice to change the arrangements or cancel a tour should conditions require such change or cancellation. If a change is made, for whatever reason, in events or attractions as stated in the itinerary, a similar or better event or attraction will be substituted. Neither Sunshine Tours or the Property Owner will not assume any responsibility for any vehicle parked by a Tour Participant at the Various Pick Up Points.

FINAL TOUR INFORMATION:
About seven days prior to departure, you will receive final tour information including your boarding times and location, baggage tags, hotel names and telephone numbers, as well as other appropriate information.
